Service Description

This Silk Press service includes a shampoo and conditioner with top of the line hair care products. Hair is blow dried and then Kimberly Monae Signature silk pressed and straight or curled to your desire. Haircut/ trim $25 extra charge. For hair below the shoulder and very thick extra $10 Steam Hydration Moisture Mask $15.00 Steam Bond Repair Mask $15.00 **Kids prices are the same as adult prices. Kimberly Monae requires for your child to be at least 10 years old and can sit at least 2 hours without crying. Please do not schedule an appointment if your child is not at least 10 years old. If you schedule an appointment for a child under the age of 10 the appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your $25 deposit. “ Excessive Tangled Hair will be an up charge please make sure your hair is combed out root to tip. Free from braids, twist and any other style. **Kimberly Monae will take all the precautions to protect your natural curl pattern but there is a risk that your curl pattern could be altered.**

Cancellation Policy

A Non Refundable deposit is required for all hair extension services. This deposit goes towards the cost of your service. You are allowed one cancellation to transfer the deposit to a new appointment time within 30 days. After that you forfeit this deposit and must pay another deposit to rebook. If you need to cancel or reschedule appointment it must be done according to cancellation policy, if not your deposit will be forfeited. Please read cancellation policy below. All appointments must be canceled 24 hours before appointment start time. If appointment is not canceled before 24 hours of appointment start time . You will be responsible for entire cost of missed appointment. If you NO CALL NO SHOW you forfeit your deposit and you’re NO longer able to book with Kimberly Monae.
