Our Luxury Silk Press Experience is crafted for new clients and those we haven’t seen in over three months. Beginning with a thorough consultation, we discuss your hair goals, assess its condition, and create a personalized plan. This is not just a flat iron our Silk Press is a comprehensive treatment. We use top-of-the-line products, followed by a luxurious shampoo and a deep steam conditioning treatment hydrating or bond-repairing, chosen just for you. This experience also includes a precision trim, ensuring your style is polished and perfectly shaped. Your hair will not only look silky it will feel healthier and revitalized. Every step ensures the best possible experience and results for your hair. Please ensure your hair is fully detangled and combed from root to tip, free of braids, twists, or any other styles before your appointment. This ensures we can start the treatment smoothly and provide the best results. While we take every precaution to protect your natural curl pattern, as with any heat styling, there is a slight chance of minimal alteration, though it is rare. Our services are tailored for clients 13 years and older to ensure the best experience and results.
Cancellation Policy
A Non Refundable deposit is required for all hair services. This deposit goes towards the cost of your service. All appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before appointment start time. If appointment is not canceled before 24 hours of appointment start time . You will be responsible for entire cost of missed appointment. If you NO CALL NO SHOW you forfeit your deposit and you’re NO longer able to book with Kimberly Monae until missed appointment is paid in full. Call or Text 402-810-0135 to cancel appointment.
