Service Description

This service includes a full consultation of your hair. Where we will discuss your healthy hair goals and go over the necessary treatments you will need to get the results you want. You will receive a hydration steam deep cleansing shampoo treatment to remove surface level buildup due to products, dry scalp or any other scalp condition. Followed with hydration steam penetrating conditioning treatment. Our steam hydration treatments encourages blood flow to circulate in scalp promoting hair growth, opening the hair cuticle allowing the treatment to penetrate deeply into the hair shaft helping to heal damaged hair all while hydrating dry hair leaving your parched tresses happy. Your dead hair ends will be trimmed and then you will receive Kimberly Monae Signature Silk Press. This is an luxury experience like no other. The foundation for your healthy hair journey starts here! **Kimberly Monae Recommends that your hair is at least chin length for a silk press. If your hair is shorter and you want to start your healthy hair journey book the shampoo, treatment, trim and blow dry** **Kimberly Monae will take all the precautions to protect your natural curl pattern but there is a risk that your curl pattern could be altered.** **Kids prices are the same as adult prices. Kimberly Monae requires for your child to be at least 10 year olds and can sit at least 2 hours while being serviced without crying.** There will be an a $10 increase for hair very thick and hair below shoulders Intense Moisture Mask $25.00 Bond Repair Mask $25.00 An Extra fee will be charged for extra tangled hair. Your hair should be combed out from root to tip. Free from braids, twist or any other style.

Cancellation Policy

A Non Refundable deposit is required for all hair extension services. This deposit goes towards the cost of your service. You are allowed one cancellation to transfer the deposit to a new appointment time within 30 days. After that you forfeit this deposit and must pay another deposit to rebook. If you need to cancel or reschedule appointment it must be done according to cancellation policy, if not your deposit will be forfeited. Please read cancellation policy below. All appointments must be canceled 24 hours before appointment start time. If appointment is not canceled before 24 hours of appointment start time . You will be responsible for entire cost of missed appointment. If you NO CALL NO SHOW you forfeit your deposit and you’re NO longer able to book with Kimberly Monae.
